Collaboration Technical Services in preparatory works necessary for each phase of the process of PARCELARY REESTRUTIATION (Law 4/2015), co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADER), within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the PAC 2023-2027, within the sub-intervention 68432_02
The object of the work consists in the provision of collaboration technical services in preparatory works necessary for each phase of the Plot Restructuring Process, regulated in Law 4/2015, of June 17, on Improvement of the Agrarian Territorial Structure of Galicia (DOG No. 131 of 14.07.2015), hereinafter Metaga.
The parcel restructuring process includes The following phases:
a) Plot restructuring bases
b) Plot restructuring agreement
c) Property reorganization minutes
The following complementary and necessary actions for its development are included in the plot restructuring procedure:
a) Preparation of the cartographic parcels
b) The elaboration of the previous environmental document and environmental impact study, if necessary
c) The elaboration of the Special Agricultural Vocation Planning Plan
d) The elaboration of the works plan
e) The implementation of the replacement properties
