• Description of the benefit: The "Competent Women" program aligns with the objectives of the "Work in Neighborhoods" program of the Generalitat de Catalunya, which seeks to promote social cohesion and employability in disadvantaged urban areas. Through his implementation, the aim is to promote equal opportunities, improve women's professional prospects and generate a positive impact on the local community, both in economic and social terms. The purpose of this tender is the recruitment of technical professional services necessary for the implementation of the Social Mentoring actions from a gender perspective, action included within the block of Actions Approaching the labor market, which respond to the following objectives:- Favor the collaboration and promote the creation of networks and spaces for exchange and mutual help for the improvement of employability among women participants, beyond the formal meeting spaces framed within the actions of the device, making known the services, resources and associations of the municipality aimed at women and encouraging the creation of new formulas.- Foster the mentoring of women as a key element to guide the processes of transition or change and achieve the activation of women in access to employment, with the direct collaboration of professional women from different sectors and companies in the territory.
