• With this contract it is intended that the Provincial Council has at its disposal a corporate communication network that provides service to all its headquarters and centers, also for mobile workers. All this guaranteeing an optimal level of quality in the communications in the corporate environment, regardless of location, and in connectivity with external public networks. The comprehensive telecommunications service object of this contract will include all the services you currently have contracted by the Provincial Council and included in this Technical Conditions Sheet. In summary, they would be: -Voice communications service for fixed and mobile terminals. -Data transmission service. This includes: Internet access, interconnection between Provincial Council headquarters and centers and mobile Internet access through mobile networks. -Mass sending service for SMS and MMS messages.
