Fixed telephony service in the different municipal buildings based on an IP telephone system, configured as a voice platform, access to public networks, traffic and added value services and the consequent migration of Oxe centrals towards a virtualized solution. Also supply of terminals.
Mobile telephone service and terminal supply that guarantee optimal quality levels and the highest benefits in the market, in accordance with current standards accepted by international organizations.
Email licenses supply Corporate and collaborative environment in the cloud (chat, shared space, videoconferencing, online documents edition), in its software distribution model such as a service (SAAS, ASS A Service software) for the City of Murcia.
Acquisition of an EPP/EDR protection solution (Endpoint Detection and Response) Compatible with the systems of the National Cryptological Center for the end user posts that are part of the municipal network and server -based technological environments with Windows and Linux systems. It is also the object of the contract for the associated support services and maintenance inherent to the correct functioning of the contracted solution.
