Description:
The purpose of this file is the supply, installation, configuration and implementation of all the necessary equipment for the technical endowment of the Teletext and Accessibility System, with the objective of the issuance of the accessibility contents of all RTVE channels. It is intended renew the current equipment installed in the production centers of Torrespana, Cataluna and Canarias, already obsolete, for new centralized equipment in Torrespana that includes the newly created channels 2cat, in Catalonia, and UHD 2, in Torrespana, in addition to new functionalities such as the Automatic transcription for live events subtitulation for all channels. The supply of software licenses necessary for this system is not subject to this file, but the coordination with the manufacturer and the integration of the corresponding flows.
