Description:
Description of the provision: The purpose of this tender is the granting of a temporary public employment license of public domain for the installation of a mobile catering establishment in the Castell Gardens, as a complementary use of the main one of the listed element in accordance with the uses planof the castle approved in May 2024. The license will authorize the occupation to the Castle Gardens, within the delimited space for this use, with a maximum of 50 m2 for the installation of a mobile restaurant and space for terrace with the corresponding furniture. With a maximum capacity of33 people, applying a ratio of 1.5 m2 per person
