The purpose of this tender is the contracting of a company that will be in charge of management services (consulting, planning, negotiation, insertion and monitoring) of institutional advertising of the City Council in local and regional media (press) and in digital media Locals and Generalists. When We Talk About Institutional Advertising We Are Referring To Campaigns To Disseminate Activities, Services, Civic And Democratic Values, Or The Institution's Image. Official Announcements (Edicts) are excluded from this section. The Services That Are Considered Included With This Contract They will be the following: • Advice on Diffusion Campaigns. The City Council will decide the Campaigns, Media, Formats and Date of the Insertions. The Awarding Company Will Be Able To Advise On The Appropriate Means To Make The Best Diffusion In Each Case. • Mediation in Negotiations. The Awarding Company You will have to negotiate with the media the best prices and discounts in the advertising insertions. The successful tenderer will have to have the updated rates of the media advertising media. • Hiring, Management And Monitoring Of Institutional Advertising. The Awarding Company You will have to do all the procedures that are necessary to manage the purchase, delivery and tracking of advertising insertions in the media of communication
