Tender for the award of the contract for the works included in the basic and executive project of reforming the premises for the use of Social Action offices of the Blanes City Council at Carrer Vila de Lloret, 96 baixos - stairs 2 and 3
Description of the provision: Currently, the premises on the ground floor of the stairs 2 and 3 of the block of flats located in Calle Vila de Lloret no. 96 are unused and the aim is to locate the new Social Action offices of Blanes City Council. For the reasons stated above, it is proposed to carry out the necessary interventions to functionally adapt the two premises existing for a new office use. The existing interior distributions will be demolished, as will the staircase that connects them, the respective interior levels will be leveled, and a staircase and ramp accessible to the outside of the building will be built. The work project does not intervene in the existing structure, only in the interior compartmentalization of the premises, their interior finishes, plumbing, sanitation, low voltage, air conditioning and telecommunications installations, and replacement of exterior openings. The scope of action comprises an approximate useful surface of 140.40 m2.
