Description:
Tender for the award of the contract for works included in the Project for the conditioning of the connection space between av. of Parliament and av. of Joan Carles I in the Pedrera sector and the adaptation of the social premises.
Description of the service: Currently, the connection between Av. John Carlos And Av. of the Parliament is not urbanized and is in a poor state of conservation due to the wear and tear of daily use and inclement weather. For the reasons stated above, it is proposed to carry out the necessary interventions to renew the paving materials in order to improve the connection between Av. Joan Carlos I and Av. of the Parliament, the space will be equipped with new street furniture, the landscaping will be renewed by combining the low-height vegetation with the existing trees, the evacuation of rainwater will be improved in order to avoid minimal contact with the premises and finally will carry out a timely adaptation of the pathologies of the social premises of La Pedrera. The scope of action includes an approximate area of 540.95 m2. For the execution of the work, collaboration with the company Aiguees de Blanes SA is necessary, which will carry out the work corresponding to the work of the underground hydraulic infrastructures (drinking water, sanitation and rainwater). The awarded company will have to coordinate the work with Aiguees de Blanes SA because the hydraulic works require their participation for the execution of the civil works corresponding
