• Description of the service: Bar activity means the sale to the public for consumption on the premises of the following products: hot and cold sandwiches, coffees, infusions and derivatives, any packaged product, nuts without shells, pastries, varied tapas. Liquors, spirits or alcoholic beverages may not be sold. In the entire facility of the Ciutat Esportiva Blanes, including the football field, bar service may be required, at the request of the Administration, in the areas that enable themselves for that purpose. At the request of the Administration, the successful tenderer must provide services in the places deemed necessary in order to cover the activities that can be carried out in the facilities, especially those of a large scale wingspan The successful tenderer must provide the material and furniture necessary to operate the service and bear its cost. This material and furniture will be the property of the concessionaire, who will not be entitled to any type of depreciation or transfer once the end of the concession. The successful tenderer must have the sufficient capacity to undertake the service in the places that are enabled including with concurrence of spaces. The minimum type of tender will be the following, with offers to be made at the time of the bid: - Minimum fee of 22,501.00 euros per year (not subject to VAT), which will be definitively fixed by the offer of whoever is awarded the contract.
