Description:
Description of the service: Textile waste collection and management service in the municipality of Martorell, in accordance with the Technical Specifications. The services included in the contract that the contracting company must assume are: • Supply of 22 containers for the collection of textiles on public roads and their cleaning and maintenance. •Container emptying service, transport and management of textile waste. •Educational activities to raise awareness about the selective collection of textiles and promotion of the collection of textiles in equipment. The waste to be collected and managed is the textile fraction of municipal waste with CER code 200111 (textile materials). Within this fraction is included the domestic textile waste, which is that which comes from clothes, the footwear and other textile material, such as household clothes, bags, cloths, accessories, etc., which is generated by citizens in households, and commercial textile waste, which consists of clothing, uniforms or safety accessories such as gloves, caps, shoes, etc. or bed and table linen or similar derived from restaurant, hospitality, hospital and/or other commercial and service activities.
