The acquisition and distribution of various materials electoral, distributed in 2 lots, on the occasion of the celebration of electoral processes or popular consultations that are called during the period of validity of said framework agreement, which will be four years. The framework agreement aims to establish the procedure to follow for the acquisition and distribution of the aforementioned material through contracts based on it, following the procedure provided for in article 221 of the LCSP and in the terms set forth in sections 1 and 2 of clause 23 of the list of particular administrative clauses by which this agreement is governed.
