• The City Council of Bellpuig Needs to Improve the Filtration Facilities of the Drinking Water Treatment Plant (Etap) of the Municipality, Through a Set of Renovation Actions Consisting of: - Replace The Current Filter System a Pressure For Two Continuous Washing Sand Filters, Each With A Nominal Flow Rate Of 60 M³/H, Which Allow To Operate Without Washing Stops And they ensure the coverage of the design flow of 120 M³/H established in the dimensioning Hydraulics Of The Stage. - Implement a new contact and mixing tank, where the oxidation and coagulation operations are carried out, ensuring an adequate retention time and a correct homogenization before Of Filtration. - Renovate and adapt the hydraulic pipes associated with the Pre-treatment, filtration and pumping of treated water, guaranteeing its functionality and adequacy to the service conditions. - Integrate New Instrumentation And Control Elements, Including Flow Measurement, Turbidity And Automatic Dosing Of Reagents, For Improve the Operation and Monitoring of the Process. - Ensure Compliance with the Technical-Sanitary Criteria of Royal Decree 3/2023, Improving the Quality of the Water Supplied and the Reliability of the Installation in Situations of Ordinary Demand And Maximum tip Taken together, the project enables the Bellpuig stage to be equipped with a more efficient, robust and low-maintenance treatment system, capable of meeting current and future supply needs...
