Description:
The City Council of Termens is the owner of the municipal swimming pools and annexes, which have a bar service within the aforementioned venue, located at the entrance to the municipal pools, with a cadastral reference of urban 3708904CG1230N0001RY. The object of the contract is the use,Exploitation, conservation and cleaning of the bar and terrace existing in the municipal pool enclosure, and the control of access to the enclosure and control of entrances, with the following benefits of which the concessionaire will have to take over: a) Exploitation of the bar with terrace b) Cleaning, adaptation and maintenanceOf the facilities: accesses and sun area c) Access control to the ticket and sale of tickets: exhaustive control of the season tickets and the sale of tickets. D) Functions of attention to the public, control and monitoring of the facilities The contractor will use the municipal goods to provide the service underYour responsibility and your risk and venture, without prejudice to the property rights and third parties. The City Council will pay the corresponding canon and will receive, as a remuneration, the income from the exploitation of the service and an economic compensation as determined in clause 16,Section 4, letter q of this fold.
