Through its implementation, it is intended To promote equal opportunities, improve the professional prospects of women and generate a positive impact on the local community, both in economic and social terms. The object of this tender is the contracting of professional services Technicians Necessary For The Implementation Of Social Mentoring Actions From A Gender Perspective, Action Included Within The Block Of Actions To Approach The Labor Market, That Respond To The Following Objectives: - Promote Collaboration And Promote the creation of networks and spaces for exchange and mutual help for the improvement of employability among women participants, beyond the formal meeting spaces framed within the actions of the device, making known the services, resources and Associations Of The Municipality Addressed To Women And Encouraging The Creation Of New Formulas. - Foster Women's Mentoring as a Key Element to Guide Transition or Change Processes and Achieve the Activation of Women in Access to Employment, With the Direct Collaboration of Professional Women from Different Sectors and Companies in the Territory.
