Description:
The Concessionaire will be responsible for the Management, in the entire geographical area of the municipality, of the Public Service of Supply of Drinking Water and Sewerage, to the Effects of which it will carry out all the Activities that are necessary or convenient for a Adequate Management and Operation of the Service. They integrate the service, the facilities, in particular: intakes, pipelines, treatment plants, storage tanks and regulators and drinking water distribution networks up to the distribution system Home and any other facility necessary and inherent to the service, such as an electricity transformation center, and all the elements related to the same. The object of the contract includes the realization of the investments foreseen in the list Of Obligatory Initial Investments In Accordance With The Forecast Of The Economicofinancial Study Of The Concession And Which Are Defined In The Projects Or Estimated Reports Of The Works To Be Executed, Without Other Modifications Than Those That Are Duly Authorized. The Rest For works that may arise during the concession and that are not included in Annex 8 of the present specification nor incorporated as a possible contractual modification, they will have to be tendered in accordance with the regime provided for by the legislation on contracts That It Is Applicable And Respecting The Principles Of Free Competition And Advertising.
