• The Imdea Networks Foundation (hereinafter the Foundation) invests in state-of-the-art laboratories and testing equipment to support cutting-edge research in computer networks. This gives the Foundation the ability to transform the Research In Products And Services With High Added Value. The Daily Operations Of The Foundation Depends On Its Information And Telecommunications Systems (It). One of its priorities is that researchers can carry out their work with the minimum Interruptions, and that the attention to your problems has a high level of quality, that minimizes or completely eliminates the losses of the service provided by said systems. Hence the need to have fast, reliable response technical support that Solve problems effectively by minimizing IT service outages. The purpose of the contract is the provision of support services to the IT Department of the Foundation, for the administration of information systems and Communications (ICT) of the Foundation, as well as the maintenance of the applications, in accordance with the scope described in Section 2 of the Specific Technical Clauses.
