The object of the contract is the combined procurement of: A) The supply of the license to use a comprehensive management software for all the information generated by the local development area of the Gironès regional council using technology Software As Service (Saas) Consisting Of: I. The Publication And Intermediation Of Job Offers And The Computerized Management Of Candidatures, Through The Online Publication Of Job Offers Intermediated By The Service On The County Council's Website Of Gironès And The Intermediation And Integrated Management Of Applications With Published Job Offers. II. The exploitation of data related to: • The people served • The user companies • The managed job offers • The active policies Of employment • The actions of the entrepreneurship service are not in any case a service of development and design of a tailor-made software according to the functionalities described, but of the transfer of the right to use a software or processing system of the Information That Is Already Validated And Currently Commercialized On The Market. B) The provision of the maintenance service and technical support, necessary for the use of the tool. The two benefits are not separable, for what reason and according to what is determined in article 18 From Law 9/2017 of November 8, it will be necessary to adhere to the nature of the main provision, being that of the supply of the software license for the publication of job offers and information management...
