The Object of the Contract Consists of the Drafting of the Construction Project for Flood Protection in the Alcanar-Platja Area, With Special Attention to the Estona Urbanization Sector, Highly Exposed to Stormwater. The Es Project It will be based on the Alternatives Study Prepared by the Catalan Water Agency (September 2024), which proposes: • Installation of two lamination ponds: one in the Barranc Del Llop (65,000 M³) and another in the Barranc Innominat (27,500 M³), with lateral spillways And Interiors For Lamination And Retention Of Sediments. • Cabal derivation towards Barranc Dels Bandolers. • Final Pipeline To The Sea, With Two Route Options: One By Public Road (Carrer Roca Roja) And Another By Existing Passage Inside The Campsite Lettuce
