  • The Object of the Contract is the Evaluation of the Opinion and Degree of Satisfaction of the Users of the Public Health Services of the Community of Madrid. The Study Will Be Conducted on Users Served in the Public Health Services of the Service Madrid Health Program in Three Study Areas: Primary Care, Hospital Care (Outpatient Consultations, Emergencies, Hospitalization and Outpatient Surgery) and Summa 112 (Uad: Home Care Units, Vir: Rapid Intervention Vehicles and Mobile Uvi: Mobile Intensive Surveillance Units). The collection of information will be carried out through a computer-assisted telephone survey using the Cati System (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) or similar. The Scope and Characteristics of the Works To be carried out are those detailed in the Particular Technical Prescriptions Document.
