• Description:
• The object of this contract is the execution of the works corresponding to the second phase of the execution project of the Villa of Capellades, in accordance with the technical project approved by agreement dated March 27, 2025, as well as with the specification of Technical prescriptions and the rest of the documentation that makes up the file. The actions included in this phase include, among others, works of architectural adaptation, interventions in existing structural and construction elements, execution Of Finishes, Installations And All Those Operations Necessary To Guarantee The Functionality, Security, Accessibility And Putting Into Use Of The Municipal Building, In Accordance With Current Technical And Sectoral Regulations. The intervention is carried out on a building Intended for public equipment and of institutional interest, with possible architectural and heritage values, which requires a coordinated execution, technically solvent and with special care in the integration of the new actions with the existing elements. The Administrative need that is intended to be satisfied through this contract is the completion of the rehabilitation and adaptation works of the Villa House, with the aim of guaranteeing the correct provision of municipal public services in a building Functional, safe, accessible and adjusted to current regulatory requirements. This need is duly justified in the memorandum included in the contract file.
