The Object of the Contract Includes:  Administrative Works Contract: The Execution of the Works of the Project for the Energy Rehabilitation of the Nau Del Pla in Ripoll (Phase Pirep) With the Contribution of Financing by the Concessionaire and Awardee of the contract  Contract for the Drafting and Management of the Adaptation Project for the Building and the Assistance, Health, Technical and Service Facilities of the Nau Del Plan in Ripoll Necessary to Designate It as a Residence for the Elderly With Corresponding Analogous and Complementary Services.  Public Works Concession Contract. The Works Derived from the Execution of the Building Adaptation Project and the Assistance, Sanitary, Technical and Service Facilities of La Nau Del Pla in Ripoll Necessary to Assign it to the Residence for the Elderly With the Corresponding Analogous and Complementary Services, for the Comprehensive Management of the Residence Service That Includes the Supply of Furniture and Necessary Material, Subrogation of Staff of the Guifré Foundation, and the Care, Health, Social and Maintenance Management of the Building, Facilities and Material, With the Perception of Income from the Exploitation Assuming the Operational Risk.
