Description:
The object of the contract is the preparation, transport and delivery of catering for the personnel of the security forces, of the emergency services and the municipal brigade and for the personnel of the 'Barraques De Patum' concerts during the five main days of the Patum festivities (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Corpus Christi Week, which has a variable calendar every year). In addition to the preparation, transport and delivery of the catering, this contract contemplates the supply, including the transport, of Furniture Necessary To Preserve And Consume Delivered Meals. In the Particular Technical Prescriptions, the Characteristics of the Catering Service and Supply, the Characteristics of the Supply of the Furniture and the Legal Requirements. The contract contains typical services and supplies and is considered suitable for joint contracting in accordance with Art. 18 of the Lcsp and Art. 34.2 of the Lcsp as it deals with services that are directly linked Between themselves and maintain relationships of complementarity; Services being the main provision of the contract. It is a Contract Based on Needs (Additional Provision Thirty-Thirteen of the Lcsp).
