The object of this contract is the provision of all the necessary services for the coordination, global production and realization of the Sant Adrià de Besòs Festival for the years 2026 and 2027. It involves the technical, artistic and logistical production (Consultancy, Pre-production, Executive Production, And Post-production), Regarding: Technical Staff (Production, Monitoring, Stage Administration, Access Control Auxiliary Staff, Loading And Unloading, Assembly And Other Technical Assistance) And Management Events such as Concerts and Activities of Different Formats, Included in the Official Program of the Festa Major Organized by Sant Adrià De Besòs Town Council. It also includes the supply of sound and lighting materials and equipment, Stages, Electric Generators And Various Infrastructures (Fences, Chairs, Tents, Inflatables, Game Circuits, Signage, Etc.) And All The Logistics That Need To Be Provided For The Performance Of The Acts And Unitary Activities That Are Related In This Technical Specification (In Its Lot 1) As well as The Final Party Castle (Lot2).
