Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of the comprehensive service of maintenance of the equipment and installations against fires of the buildings and municipal offices of the municipality of Vallirana. These equipment and facilities to be maintained include the typologies Following: •Fire Extinguishers •Equipped Fire Hydrants (Bie'S) •Fire Protection Installations (Smoke/Temperature/Flame Detectors, Fire Detection Centrals, Alarm Push Buttons, Sirens Etc.) •Co Detection Installations (Detectors De Co, Co Detection Centrals, Sirens, Etc.) • Automatic Extinguishing Installations (Extinguishing Gas Cylinders, Smoke and Temperature Detectors, Detection and Extinguishing Central, Push Buttons, Illuminated Signs) • Emergency Lighting (Signaling and Evacuation) •Signage The Contract provides for the Costs of Preventive/Regulatory Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance Derived from Use and Deterioration of the Facilities. Similarly, the contract also foresees taking charge of the maintenance of new Installations That The City Council Makes Or Receives From Third Parties Within The Next Years Of The Contract, In The Case Of Expansion Of Installations In Relation To The Current Inventory.
