• The object of this contract is the provision of the Foreign Legal Advisory Service of the Regional Council of Baix Empordà. This Service Must Respond to the Great Demand There Is From The Foreign Population Of The Comarca Inasmuch as the Procedures Necessary to Regularize Administrative Situations, Nationalize, Regroup and Other Procedures Necessary to Access in Conditions of Equality to the Rest of the Citizen, Are Very Expensive and Require Advice Specific and very individualized. Therefore, it must facilitate personal autonomy, the reception and integration of foreigners from our region. In addition, the Legal Advisory Service in Foreign Matters Must Accompany Professionals Of Social Services, And Other Specialized Services Targeting The Same Target Population, Providing Support In Following Up Cases, Resolving Doubts Or Reporting The Most Relevant Changes In This Matter. This Service is addressed to the whole Comarca Del Baix Empordà And It Will Be Loaned With Roaming to Different Municipalities. It is a free service that can be accessed in person, by phone and by prior appointment, with face-to-face service being the priority. in More, Consider Group Actions In Workshop or Talk Format.
