Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of the labor legal assistance service and the preparation and implementation of the new collective agreement of Epel Nostreserveis, in accordance with the needs of the contracting entity, under the supervision of the manager of the contract This Object Comprises All the Services and Actions Necessary to Fulfill Our Labor Obligations. All those complementary actions and accessories tending to are also included Correct Completion of the Labor Obligations Previously Referred to and All Those Derived from Them According to the Regulations Applicable at Each Moment. Similarly, it includes the drafting work of the initial draft of the Collective Agreement, Participation and Advice on negotiations between the company and the workers, the drafting of the final version of the agreement, as well as the necessary procedures for its approval, registration and publication.
