Description:
The object of this contract is the provision of the maintenance service and the corresponding works for the correct functioning of the Ct of municipal ownership (located at the Besòs Municipal Sports Center and at the Font De La Mina Library), maintaining the level Of Service For What They Were Designed, Preventing Possible Breakdowns And Carrying Out Repairs And Actions In The Facilities In Accordance With The Conditions That Are Specified In This Specification, And In Order To: • Preserve The Safety Of People (Users) And Assets Of Municipal Buildings And Equipment. • Ensure the normal operation of these facilities and prevent disturbances or effects on other facilities and services. • Contribute to Technical Reliability and Energy Efficiency I Economics Of These Facilities. Explicitly, the provision of the automatic door installation maintenance service will include: • Preventive and regulatory maintenance. • Corrective and Urgent Corrective Maintenance. • Works I Services Related to the Facilities. • Mandatory Periodic Inspections (Triennial)
