Description:
The Object of the Contract Is the Provision of the Professional Service of a Cook and Gastronomic Promoter for the Promotion of the Girona Excellent Agro-Food Quality Seal of the Girona Provincial Council, in accordance with the requirements and conditions They are detailed in the Technical Prescriptions Package. The Services Include The Following Services, Among Others, Duly Detailed In The Technical Specifications: - The Preparation And Execution Of Gastronomic Demonstrations, Tastings, Showcookings And Others Events where the Products of the Seal are Cooked and Presented. - Technical Assistance in the Organization and Execution of Disclosure and Promotion Activities (Fairs, Workshops, Conferences, Etc.). - Presentation of Gastronomic Events and Area Fairs Agrifood - Management and Coordination of the Evaluation Committees (Blind Tastings) That Are Held Every 2 Years as a Selection System for the Products Presented in the Competition. - The Communication And Disclosure Of The Seal's Qualities Through Oral Presentations, Media Collaborations, Creation of Audiovisual Content or Publications on Social Networks. - The Preparation of Recipes, Scripts and Other Materials to Support the Promotion. - Specialized advice on food quality, use of Stamp Products And Culinary Applications. - Any other related action that is considered necessary for the correct development of the service, in accordance with the established technical requirements.
