• The object of the contract is the sale as scrap of vehicles, tools and machinery removed from public roads that have been declared urban solid waste (Rsu), for their treatment and disposal by an authorized vehicle treatment center at the end Of Its Useful Life (Cat), So That It Proceeds To Its Destruction, Decontamination And Discharge Processing In Front Of The Provincial Traffic Prefecture, In Order To Avoid The Accumulation Of Rsu In The Municipal Deposit. The Vehicles Will Be Sold For Their Exclusive Ownership Utilization As Scrap, Prohibiting Its Subsequent Use And Circulation, Assuming The Awardee The Responsibility For Failure To Comply With This Condition. The deposit and custody during the processing of the file will also be the object of the contract Of Rsu Declaration Of At Least 25 Vehicles In The Cases Provided In Article 4 Of The Technical Prescriptions Sheet. The vehicles that, at the prior request of the fire department of the Generalitat de Catalunya, will also be subject to the contract. Declared Urban Solid Waste (Rsu), the City Council, Through Mayoral Decree, Agrees With Them Their Collaboration For The Implementation Of Practices; These Vehicles Are Completely Destroyed And It Is Practically Impossible To Use Any Part For Part of the Authorized Treatment Center (C.A.T.), For Which The Sale Of These Vehicles Will Be For The Concept "Other Tools And Machinery".
