- The Object of this Contract File Consists of the Supply of the Physical Support (Plastics) for the Issuance of the Individual Health Card (Tsi) and the Rcam Card of the Community of Madrid. This is intended to fulfill the purposes That the Autonomous Administration has powers to guarantee public health insurance through the issuance of the Individual Health Card (Tsi). In addition to complying with the collaboration agreement that the Ministry of Health signs, Annually, with the European Union to provide access to health care in the Madrid Health Service for the civil servants of the European institutions included in the Common Health Insurance Scheme (Rcam), through the issuance of the Rcam card.
