• The Object of the Present Contract Is the Execution of the Works Defined in the Basic and Executive Functional Rehabilitation Project of the Bell Tower of the Castell-Collegiate Church of Sant Pere D'Àger, with the Purpose of Correcting the Existing Pathologies, Guaranteeing the Preservation of the Heritage and Recovering the Operation of the Cloquer and the Bells, While Ensuring Adequate Conditions of Safety, Maintenance and Use. Specifically, the objectives of the contract are the following: - Consolidate and restore them Structures of the bell tower, through actions of cleaning, sanitation, grouting and consolidation of the stone facings, with the aim of eliminating the main pathologies detected (cracks, loss of material, moisture and surface degradation) and guarantee The Structural Stability of the Element. - Functionally Rehabilitate the Cloquer, Recovering Its Original Use Through the Restoration of the Historic Bells, the Replacement of Obsolete and Inadequate Installations, and the Installation of a New System of Support And Automation That Allows The Correct Operation Of The Ringing Of The Bells In Conditions Of Security And Heritage Respect. - Relocating The Bells to Their Historic Location in L'Espadanya, According to Historical, Constructive and Functional, thus Contributing to the Recovery of the Architectural and Symbolic Reading of the Bell Tower Within the Monumental Set. - Improve the Conservation and Maintenance Conditions of the Bell Tower, Through the Implementation...
