• Description:
• The object of this contract is the provision of the cleaning service for the Institute-School 3 D'Abril de Móra La Nova with the purpose of guaranteeing adequate conditions of hygiene, health and safety for the development of the educational activity. The Cleaning Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Center's Needs, Current Health Regulations And The Technical Prescriptions That Are Established In The Particular Technical Prescriptions Package, Including Ordinary And Extraordinary Tasks Necessary for the correct maintenance of the facilities. The contract is considered a service contract, in accordance with the provisions of Law 9/2017, on public sector contracts, and does not include in any case the execution of works, supplies Or services unrelated to the nature of the contracted service. The Anticipated Duration of the Contract Is the Performance of the Services to be Provided for the Course 25-26, 26-27, 27-28 and 28-29 (2.5 Years of Contract Plus One More Annual Extension)
