- The object of this contract is the supply, under lease, of the stages, anti-riot fences and other necessary infrastructures, as well as the associated service of transport, assembly and disassembly of these, within the framework of the programming Events Organized by Alcarràs City Council. In addition to the supply of stages, structural elements, riot fences and other infrastructures, the contract includes all the operations of loading, unloading, transport, assembly and Dismantling The Assistance And Services Of Qualified Technical Personnel And/or Necessary Auxiliary, As Well As All The Material And Insurance Elements, Within The Deadlines Set By The Organization Of The City Council, Guaranteeing The Correct Execution And Coordination With The rest of the technical teams of each of the events. It is an essential condition of this contract that all the scenarios and other elements or infrastructures have all the approvals and certificates required by the applicable regulations of the Union European, Of The Spanish State And Of The Government Of Catalonia.
