• The Object of the Present Plec Is to Regulate the Technical Prescriptions That Must Govern the Contracting of the Service of Proximity Civic Agents in the Municipality of Sant Adrià De Besòs, Aimed at Promoting Civility, Coexistence and the Good Use of Public Space. The Service Will Be Developed Through Information Actions, Awareness, Community Education, Low Intensity Social Mediation, Community Work And Incident Collection, With Direct Presence In Public Space. In no case the Service Object Of Contract Includes Surveillance Functions, Security, Police Control, Administrative Inspection or Exercise of Public Powers. A2. Lots: According to Article 99 of Law 9/2017, on Public Sector Contracts, the Division of The Object of the Contract in Lots. The Service Constitutes a Unitary Service, Both from a Functional and Methodological Point of View, Since It Requires an Integrated Planning of Actions, a Common Methodology, a Single Operational Coordination and a Centralized Interlocution With Municipal Services.
