Description:
The object of this tender is the contracting of the administrative concession for the management of the La Cadernera Del Perelló Municipal Kindergarten Service, for the period of three school courses, with possible extensions according to what is established in the present fold The services subject to this contract will be adjusted to what is determined by the regulatory documents of the concession. The service subject to the contract will at all times be owned by the municipality and will have the nature of a local public service under a concession regime Administrative Scope of the provision of the service: The service is provided to children between the ages of 16 weeks and 3 years. The Service Includes: • Children's Schooling: It includes the Activities and Services of a Municipal Children's Home, It is Say, The Services of Attention, Training, Education and Custody of Children Users of the Public Service. These services and activities will conform to the requirements established by the regulations applicable to the educational stage of the first cycle of early childhood education and to the Municipal Pedagogical Standards. • Dining room service in the form of catering, with monitoring. • Reception: In the morning, at noon and in the evening according to demand by the users.
