• The Purpose of the Present Contract is the Supplies, Services and Shows with Pyrotechnic Fireworks Exclusively for Experts of the Major Festival of the City of Mataró, Les Santes 2026, Including the Pyrotechnic Assemblies and Technical Assistance in The Scheduled Popular Culture Events, As well as the Pyrotechnic Shows of the Castle of Fires and the Thunder at the End of the Festa Major The Provision of the Services Object of the Contract Includes: 1. The Design, Assembly, Execution and Dismantling of the Pyrotechnic Services described 2. The Supply of All the Pyrotechnic and Auxiliary Material Necessary for the Shots. 3. The contribution of specialized technical personnel and the necessary auxiliary personnel, with the exception of private security personnel and access control. 4. The Support infrastructures and specialized vehicles. 5. Transport, Loading and Unloading. Excluded From This Contract Is The Supply Of Pyrotechnic Material Intended For Consumer Groups Recognized As Experts (Cre) That Intervene In Religious, Cultural and Traditional Festive Manifestations of the Feast of the Saints. The processing of the necessary permits before the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Government Delegation or other organizations, will be the responsibility of the Mataró City Council.
