description: The Present Dynamic System of Acquisition (Hereinafter Sda), Aims at the Selection of Companies With the Technical Capabilities and Sufficient Materials That Can Participate in Tenders for the Award of Contracts Derived in the Framework From Sda, The Object Of Which Is The Subministration Of Computer Licenses For Software Updates And Improvements And Computer Licenses Under The Right Of Use Regime Of The Diputacio Of Girona. Depending on the products to be supplied, 3 different categories have been established: Category 1. Supply of LIT licenses for improvement and updating in the administrative field. The Update And Improvement Must Include: Adaptation To Legal Changes (Adaptive Update And Improvement), Application Improvements (Evolutionary Improvement And Update), Error Resolution (Correct Improvement And Updateiu) And New Versions Download Service. These improvements and software updates must be associated with a telephone support service with a minimum schedule of 35 hours per week and must include at least Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
