The Present Sporadic Joint Contracting of Services, Supply and Mere Conservation and Maintenance Works or Modifying Works If Applicable, Has as its Main Purpose the Provision of Preventive, Regulatory, Corrective and Amendment, Yes Scau, Of The Set Of Buildings, Urbanization And Installations That Set The Works Centres Of The Cathedrals Of The Regional Council Of Western Vallès, Of the Mercavalès And The Consortium For The Management Of Waste Of The Western Vallès. This Contract Is Based On The Collaboration Agreement Between The Regional Council Of Vallès Occidental And The Consortium For Waste Management Of Vallès Occidental To Regulate The Sporadic Joint Contracting Of The Mixed Contract For The Services Of Maintenance and Conservation of the Premises, Buildings, Equipment and Facilities of the aforementioned Entities through Horizontal Cooperation, Approved by the Standing Committee of the Regional Council of Vallès Occidental, on December 3 2025 And By The Executive Committee Of The Consortium For Waste Management Of Vallès Occidental, On December 12, 2025.
