• The provision of the comprehensive maintenance service for public lighting in the municipality of Santoña, as well as the maintenance of the electrical installations of municipal buildings and the installations... This service includes all the actions necessary to keep the electrical installations in optimal operating conditions, both from a technical and safety point of view, including: Preventive maintenance, which includes scheduled inspections and replacement of elements with known useful life. Corrective maintenance, consisting of the repair of breakdowns or defects that may arise. Conductive maintenance, based on active monitoring of facilities to anticipate and avoid failures. The maintenance modification, which will allow small reforms or adaptations of the facilities to be carried out when necessary. See clause 1 of the Document.
