The purpose of the contract is to develop a new application that manages the complete cycle of company classification in accordance with the provisions of Law 9/2017 on public sector contracts and the regulations.
The new application must allow the complete development of the files on request, of the technical and professional solvency maintenance files (STP), of the economic and financial solvency files, of the general official files. You must generate the agreements for the Classification Commissions that correspond to works, services and mixed, as the case may be, as wellsuch as the different agreements and notifications to the interested party in the procedure (these documents must be ready to be signed through the docelweb signature portal or any other that is enabled by the administration for the same purpose). These notifications must be issuedectly to the notification system regulated by Law 30/2015, in order to comply with the notification of the result of the file to the interested party. All intermediate steps (processing of the file as well) must generate the appropriate communications and notifications and receivethe same treatment.

The documentation will be managed through Alfresco already available in the General Subdirectorate for such purposes. The interfaces and additional supports: database (Oracle 19), access control, etc. will be managed in accordance with the specifications of the document.
