- The purpose of this contract is to have the External Service of "Data Protection Delegate" (DPD hereinafter) and the "Advice, Consulting and Management Service in the field of personal data protection" (Consulting Service hereinafter) complementary to the functions of the DPD. HerPurpose of the contract is to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament (RGPDUE) and the regulations governing the protection of data of application within the framework of the 'Security Organization of the City Council of Reus and its public sector as well as supportIn the management task related to the processing of personal data and compliance with the data protection regulations. The object of the contract, therefore, is determined in the provision of 2 different services that will be provided following the PPT The services included are: • Service 1 - Protection DelegateOf data • Service 2 - Service of 'advice, consulting and management in the field of personal data protection The fulfilled characteristics of the two services and of the entities and entities of the public sector of the City Council of Reus and their characteristics are specified in the specificationsTechnical prescriptions.
