Description:
The purpose of the contract is the provision of the banking services of a managing entity for the processes of tax collection and other public or private revenue of this City Council. The call for tender is therefore aimed at the credit institutions referred to in the article9 of Royal Decree 939/2005, of July 29, which approves the General Collection Regulations. The banking entity that is awarded will have to have an open office in the municipality of Calonge and Sant Antoni. This bank will act as a managing entity of the different entitiesCollaborators of the municipal collection services. In this sense, all the amount collected by the different collaborating entities will enter and submit through compatible computer file, the information needed to identify each of the income. In any case, the entityAssistant will have to carry out the following processes: • Treatment and management of collection of domiciled receipts - Q19 • Treatment and management of collection of non -domiciled receipts - Q60 • Preparation and sending of payment notices for non -direct receipts (leaflets) • Treatment and management of amountsRecovered by the different collaborating entities • Submission of timely and detailed information to the awarder • Other banking services typical of the Tax Management Procedure The income may be taxes of periodic expiration and collective notification, taxes of paymentUni...
