The purpose of the contract is the provision of the information technology services necessary for the support and maintenance of the management platform of the Mobility Agents and Municipal Police service of the Madrid City Council, which currently includes the security management systems.service of mobility agents (GESAM), and the formulation and processing of complaints (AMPOL)
The services to be contracted consist of the following
