- This contract is for the provision of the school canteen service of the Carles De Fortuny School, in Esponellà. The Service Includes the Following Services: - The Preparation and Supply of Menus Prepared Outside the School Center and Their Transport, On the Hot Line, to the Carles De Fortuny School, in Esponellà, through the Adequate Technical Resources, in accordance with the Legal Provisions in force. - The Attention and Surveillance of the Student User of the Canteen Service Throughout the Intercultural Period Including from the moment when the school schedule of the morning session ends and until it starts again in the afternoon session. The attention and surveillance of the student must be carried out in the spaces duly authorized to be used in the same school center. The Service has as Users/Arias: - Students Beneficiary of a School Meal Grant, in accordance with the Guidelines established by the Department of Education and Vocational Training and regulated in the Corresponding Call. - Student who must enjoy the service Of Free School Canteen, In Accordance With Decree 160/1996, Of 14 May, Which Regulates The School Canteen Service. - The rest of the students who voluntarily want to make use of it, for reasons of balancing work and family life, between Of others - Administrative or Teaching Staff of the School.
