- The purpose of this Contract is to regulate the conditions that must govern the contracting of the cleaning service of the properties where the administrative units of the central services of the Department of Health are located. The Services Cleaning Plans Provided For In This Document Include The Modalities Of Ordinary Cleaning Service, For Which A Specific Frequency Is Established In The Technical Specifications And Extraordinary Cleaning Service, For Which It Is Intended A bag of hours that will be used in any type of cleaning service that is required derived from specific and unpredictable situations that cannot be covered with the stipulated ordinary services, such as, among others, those derived from Transfers of Personnel or Due to Adverse Weather Situations, As Well as a Replacement and Maintenance Service for the Hygienic Containers Located in the Toilets of the Units of the Central Services of the Ministry of Health.
