- The purpose of this contract is the supply of chemical products and photometers for the treatment of water in the swimming pools of the Municipal Sports Centers of the Moncloa-Aravaca District, in accordance with the conditions contained in the Technical Prescription Document. you needd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28ity of the contract responds, therefore, to the fulfillment of a double purpose of public interest of specific competence of the contracting Administration, such public interest being understood, in the first place, as the expression of the growing demand for the practice of swimming, as an activity D.E.Pnon-competitive, healthy leisure activity demanded by a wide spectrum of the population, and, secondly, that said practice be carried out in optimal health conditions.
For this it is essential that the water in the pools be maintained at all times in perfect condition, guaranteed0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28ensuring the safety of users, which allows the promotion of sports activities and the use of municipal sports centers among the inhabitants of the District.
