- The purpose of this contract is to carry out the company that has been awarded the actions and tasks for the adaptation, maintenance and repair of damage and breakdowns of the Social Housing Park and the commercial premises of affordable rent that are owned by the City CouncilOf Sant Pere de Ribes, in accordance with the prescriptions of the specifications of technical conditions and of which it is established in the specifications of particular administrative clauses. It is mostly corrective maintenance tasks, although linked preventive maintenance actions are also includedMainly to technical-legal maintenance. Specifically, the following actions will be performed: - Paleteria, painting, carpentry and plumbing repairs and all those actions included in the bouquet of small works. - Repairs and improvement of ACS and heating facilities. -Repairs and improvement of gas facilities. - Repairs and improvement of electrical and lighting installations - Porter and window repairs (carpentry and locksmiths), as well as blinds of all kinds, glass grilles, locksmiths and the like. - Repairs for leaks of water. -Corrective maintenance of the internal sanitation network and fecal and rainfall, pressure groups, solar panels, water tanks and boilers, among others.
