The purpose of this document is to define the scope and technical conditions of the supply of electrical energy to the consumption points of the Municipality of Ponteareas, as well as the new supply points that result during the term of the contract under the protection of the legislation of the electrical sector.rich and other development regulations.
The Council of Ponteareas opts for the formula of jointly contracting the acquisition of energy and access to networks with the successful bidder. Consequently, the contract includes both the acquisition of electrical energy, the provision of services with the awardedatario and access to networks with the Distributor through the successful bidder company.
The contracting modality selected is the price indexed to OMIE pass-through for the price of energy, while the price of the contracted power will be determined by current regulations.
