Description:
This Mixed Contract Aims at the provision of the Maintenance and Repair Service, as well as the Supply of Brushes, of a Sweeper Attached to the Mobile Park of the Plan De L'Estany Regional Council. The Object of the Contract Includes Maintenance Preventive and Corrective of the Vehicle and the Supply of the Material and Spare Parts Necessary to Last It and Its Brushes, in Order to Guarantee, at All Times, Its Safety, Sanity and Adequacy to Current Regulations and the Conditions of Circulation, as well as guaranteeing the immediate repair of the vehicle when it has suffered breakdowns, with the aim of ensuring the operability, availability and correct operation of the fleet, the safety of the occupants and the vehicle load. The vehicle is found Related to Annex I - List of Vehicles from the Technical Prescriptions Sheet. The number of vehicles is likely to experience fluctuations depending on the lows and highs that may occur during the execution of the contract. In any case they will stay Automatically Included Within the Scope of Application of the Contract All Those Vehicles That the Regional Council of the Lake Plan Can Acquire or Use.
